You have a cooling-off period of 14 days to withdraw from the agreement. For no reason. That’s your ‘right of withdrawal’.
The return period starts on the day you receive the item.
You may return your order within the return period if:
- The article is complete
- The item is in its original packaging as far as possible. You may only unpack the product to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep the product. You are not allowed to use the product.
Items you cannot return: gift vouchers and postal cards.
As a buyer, you are responsible for the costs of the return shipment. If you return an order in full or in part, we will settle the shipping costs with the amount that we refund to you.
*Should any depreciation arise because you have used the item in a different way than you would in a store, we may pass on the depreciation to you.
We will refund you immediately after we have processed your return. Usually returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt. We will refund with the same payment method you used to pay for the item.

What if my product is damaged?
If the product is delivered in a damaged box, do not accept the package. If you have already accepted it, you have a maximum of 20 hours to let Zoomers know. Send an e-mail and, if possible, your photos to Winkel@zoomersaanzee.nl. We will work with you on a suitable solution. Always enclose a fully completed return form here.
