Beach rooms
Wake up to the sound and smell of the sea, step out of bed onto your balcony and experience the serene sea view. Our beach rooms (27 m2) have a beautiful sea view and have their own design kitchenette with refrigerator. And it’s empty, so you can fill it with all your favourite products! The bathrooms have an open and warm atmosphere and are equipped with a spacious shower with a glass wall. The beach rooms are located on the first and second floor.

Dune rooms
Our dune rooms are in the middle of the Dutch dunes and have a view of the wide Natura 2000 area. These rooms are located on the ground floor and on the first floor. All dune rooms (28 m2) have a balcony facing south plus their own design kitchenette with fridge. And it is empty, so you can fill it with all your favourite products!
The bathrooms have an open and warm atmosphere and are equipped with a spacious shower with a glass wall. The rooms on the ground floor can be connected to form a family room.

Beach plateau French balcony
This spacious room is located at the front of the building on the 2nd floor. Look out over the beach plateau with the dunes of Castricum behind it. The room has a French balcony with French windows. This room (28 m2) has its own design kitchenette with refrigerator. The bathroom has an open and warm atmosphere and is equipped with a spacious shower. The room is linked and can be transformed into a family room.

The Apartment
The Apartment with private entrance (by stairs) is located in the basement and is completely surrounded by the Natura 2000 area. The 105 m2 flat is spacious enough for 4 adults and 2 children. The living room and bedrooms have large windows, giving you an unobstructed view of the beautiful dune garden. There are 2 bedrooms each with 2 single Auping Original Boxsprings and a bunk bed for children (70 x 1.60 m). The Apartment has a fully equipped open kitchen with a large dining table. The fridge is empty, so you can fill it with all your favourite products!
The bathroom has an open and warm atmosphere and is equipped with a spacious shower with a glass wall, a separate bath and a separate toilet.

Family rooms
Lovely rooms for families! Two dune rooms (with south-facing balcony) on the ground floor OR two beach plateau rooms on the 2nd floor linked to one family room by a dividing door.
An extra child’s bed can be placed for € 25 per night.

Basement room
This spacious room is located on the side of the building and has a tough industrial look. In addition, the room has a folding door to its own terrace. This room (28 m2) has its own design kitchenette with refrigerator. The bathroom has an open and warm atmosphere and is equipped with a spacious shower.

Checking in & out
There is no reception in our beach hotel. You will receive a personal access code for the room by e-mail, which you can use to enter and exit your room whenever you want.
Check-in is always from 3 pm and check-out is until 11 am. A late check-out until 13:00 can be booked separately.
Delicious breakfast
Every morning breakfast is served in our ‘sister’ Beach Pavilion Zoomers. They know better than anyone how important a good start to the day is.
Breakfast is served between 09:00 and 10:00 in the morning for a delicious start of the day.

Booking conditions
Reservations are non-refundable, so free cancellations are no longer possible after booking the room. When the booking is made you agree to a final payment.
Smoking and pets are not allowed anywhere in the hotel due to hygiene and allergies.

The prices mentioned are “as from” prices and do not include breakfast and dinner.
Breakfast and dinner can be booked in addition to the room for EUR 19.5 and EUR 43.5 per person.
Please note! If you book breakfast when you book your room, you only pay EUR 17,5 – that’s a quick profit!
We have a number of rooms with air conditioning and we ask an additional cost of EUR 20 for this. Fans are available for the other rooms; Fans are a lot more durable than air conditioners because they consume much less power.
